Accounting and Finance Manager

 Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as Finance Manager and play a crucial role in driving our financial success. In this exciting position, you will oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted performance.
    • Prepare financial forecasts and business activity reports.
  • Accounting & Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (TFRS) and company policies.
    • Oversee all accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
    • Lead month-end closing procedures.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
    • Develop and manage annual budgets.
    • Monitor cash flow to meet business and investment needs.
  • Taxation & Compliance:
    • Manage corporate tax filings and reporting.
    • Advise on tax strategies that minimize tax liabilities.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Lead and mentor the accounting team.
    • Develop and implement new procedures to enhance departmental efficiency.
  • Risk Management & Internal Controls:
    • Develop and implement robust internal control systems to mitigate financial risks.

Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • At least 7-10 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
    • Experience in a multi-national company.
    • Good Command of Thai and English. 
    • Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Good knowledge of Thai Accounting principles and Tax regulations.
    • Able to meet deadlines consistently.
    • Knowledge of computerized accounting software and applications, including mainframe terminals/personal computers, general software applications, and keyboard facilities.
    • Activity planning and event management skills.
    • Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
