Service Engineer (Electrical Products)

 Job Description:

Our Client is a leader in the field of electric power solutions, facilitating a stable supply of power through a wide range of electric equipment & systems, from low voltage to ultra-high voltage.

Position: Service Engineer
Location: Bangkok, Near BTS
Contract Term: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP



Responsibilities:

  • Installation and Configuration : Supervise low/medium voltage switchgear or systems as per company standards. This includes setting up both software and hardware to ensure proper operation.
  • Investigation : Perform troubleshooting issues with installed equipment or systems. This can involve on-site investigation/repairs or providing remote support to resolve technical problems. 
  • Customer Consultation and Support : Offer technical advice and support to customers when they encounter problems with products or services. This includes answering queries and providing guidance on proper usage. 
  • Testing and Analysis: Test and analyze products or systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently. Post-repair testing is also done to confirm that issues have been resolved.
  • Training and Education: Train customers and staff on the use of new products or systems provided by the company. This includes staying updated on new technologies and continuously improving one's own skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Electrical Engineer License
  • Familiar with product development and product industrialization process, knowledge of Electrical product is preferred.
  • Good command in English.
  • Valid drivers license with personal car and willingness to travel for on-site work.
