Job Description:
Our client is a leading Electrical Products and Solutions Provider in Thailand.
Position: Market Manager
Type of Hiring: Permanent
Working: 5 Days/Week, Monday - Friday
Location: Bangkok Area
Plan and ensure the execution of the Business Unit and Product Group sales strategy for assigned countries to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for products and services profitably. Oversee project execution management in the assigned countries. Lead, develop, and proactively coach the Sales and Project Management organization to exceed sales targets through high performance, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned countries, aligning with global plans for electrical transformer products within the Electrical Products and Solutions Business.
- Achieve both sales volume and profitability targets, including managing budgets and project execution costs.
- Oversee project execution management in assigned countries, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, develop, and coach the Sales and Project Management team, driving high performance to exceed sales targets.
- Identify and develop opportunities with existing and new customers within the designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the transformer electrical products market.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to ensure effective communication and support for sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial sales, with a strong track record in electrical transformer products.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Experience in project management and a strong understanding of project execution best practices.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in market analysis and data interpretation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
- Fluent command of English.
