Sea Logistics Care Specialist

Position: Sea Customs Specialist

Contract Term: Contract (Renewable) ** Under Vinarco

Benefits: Group Health Insurance + Dental

Working: 5 Days/Week (Monday - Friday), 08.30 17.30 Hrs.

Location Laem Chabang, Chonburi

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily customs activities, including but not limited to LPI draft checking, HS code checking, and customs declarations.
  • Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and internal policies.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all customs-related documents.
  • Maintain proper records of all customs declarations and related documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for end clients and internal parties regarding customs activities.
  • Address client queries and provide timely updates on customs processes and documentation status.
  • Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports related to customs activities.
  • Perform any administrative tasks assigned by the Client or Supervisor.
  • Assist in the preparation of various reports and documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate with different departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth customs operations.
  • Liaise with customs authorities and other regulatory bodies as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customs brokerage or a similar role within sea logistics.
  • Familiarity with customs regulations, procedures, and documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of HS codes and customs declaration processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customs software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Relevant certifications in customs brokerage or logistics (preferred but not mandatory).
