Service Electrical Engineer

 Job Description:

Our Client is a leader in the field of electric power solutions, facilitating a stable supply of power through a wide range of electric equipment & systems, from low voltage to ultra-high voltage.

Position: Service Engineer

Contract Term: Permanent

Working: 5 Days/Week
Location: Bangkok, Near BTS
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:

  • Installation & Configuration: Oversee the installation and configuration of low/medium voltage switchgear and systems according to company standards. This includes both software and hardware setup.
  • Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with installed equipment or systems. This may involve on-site troubleshooting, repairs, and providing remote support.
  • Customer Support: Provide technical guidance and support to customers, including answering inquiries, addressing product/service issues, and ensuring proper usage.
  • Testing & Validation: Conduct thorough testing and analysis of products and systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Perform post-repair testing to verify issue resolution.
  • Training & Development: Train customers and internal staff on the use of new products and systems. Continuously update knowledge on new technologies and enhance professional skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience as a Service Engineer in a relevant field
  • Valid and current Electrical Engineering License
  • Strong understanding of electrical product development and industrialization processes
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Possess a valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle and willingness to travel for on-site work
