Customer Sales Executive (Open for Chinese and Taiwanese)

Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese and Taiwanese clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Chinese-speaking market.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients, communicating in both Chinese and English
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, respecting cultural diversity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the recycling, environmental solutions, or a related industry.
- Previous experience working with Chinese-speaking clients is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
