Customer Sales Executive (Open for Chinese and Taiwanese)

Our client produces high-quality pure tin and tin alloys from recycled materials. They operate globally, with a focus on East and Southeast Asia. They are a leader in solder and tin recycling and are committed to environmental sustainability through their recycling practices.

Location:             Chonburi 

Job Description: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese and Taiwanese clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Chinese-speaking market.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients, communicating in both Chinese and English
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
  •  Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, respecting cultural diversity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the recycling, environmental solutions, or a related industry.
  • Previous experience working with Chinese-speaking clients is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
