Position: Human Resource Manager

What You'll Do:

Workforce Strategy & Planning:

• Drive strategic workforce planning aligned with production goals
• Optimize organizational structure and manage manpower forecasting
• Use HR analytics and systems (HRIS) for data-driven decision-making

Talent Acquisition & Retention:

• Lead recruitment strategies for factory and office roles
• Build talent pipelines through schools, universities, and job platforms
• Develop onboarding, engagement, and retention programs

Performance Management & Development:

• Oversee performance appraisal systems for all levels
• Identify training needs and drive employee development initiatives
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

What We're Looking For:

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or factory settings
• Strong understanding of Thai labor laws, safety regulations, and grievance procedures
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
• Proficient in HR systems (HRIS) and HR data analysis
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
