• Overseeing project execution and ensuring that all associated tasks are carried out per company procedures, contract requirements, quality standards, health, safety, and environmental standards, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling objectives.
• Assist the project control department in defining all project documentation, including scope and budget plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor and control project progress, resource usage, and finances while overseeing invoice status, costs, spending, and cash flow.
• Identifying, evaluating, quantifying, and managing risk while making sure that all opportunities are recognized and taken advantage of.
• Driving the project's formal acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment, while always maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Working with the Procurement and Logistics team to successfully negotiate and procure the project's required services, materials, and equipment from external and internal providers.
• Building and maintaining strong connections with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and an escalation point for project difficulties.
• Ensuring that all appropriate health, safety, and environmental regulations and recommendations are followed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering Power 
• At least 5 years of project management experience, working as a Project Manager on power transformer products, power substations, LV, MV, and HV switchgear. A PM certificate is preferred.
• Extensive experience managing project scope, cost, scheduling, and vendors/subcontractors is required.
• English fluency
• Good knowledge of power transformers and the Utility and Industrial segment, market.
• Current electrical engineer License valid for monitoring and control
• Good Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
