Position: QS Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Cost planning and commercial management are required throughout the project's life cycle, from beginning to completion.
• Involves in budgeting, cash flow, and cost control, claims processing, contract payments, and final account settlement.
• Control design and/or construction changes and adjust budget estimates accordingly.
• Negotiating construction contracts and resolving contractual issues
• Involve/Concerned with project risk assessment and financial management.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Ensuring that all stakeholders understand and comply with contractual obligations.
• Ensuring that all parties (such as the engineer, supplier, subcontractor, and construction team) understand the cost estimate, financial aspects, and implications of a contract.
