Salary: Negotiable (THB.)

Location : Laem Chabang, Chonburi.

Working time: Mon - Fri 7.30 - 17.00 Hrs. and Sat 7.30 - 12.00 Hrs.

Bus provided: Sukhumvit main road from Chalermthai Chonburi and Banchang Rayong.

Job Summary
The Professional Level HES Support role is responsible for providing comprehensive Health, Environment, and Safety (HES) support to both onshore and offshore operations. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies, while promoting a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HES policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks.
  Incident Investigation and Reporting: Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of emergency response plans and participate in drills and exercises.
• Develop and deliver HES training programs to employees at all levels, ensuring that they are aware of their responsibilities and have the necessary knowledge and skills to work safely.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HES regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Interact with regulatory authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders to address HES concerns and maintain positive relationships.
• Collect, analyze, and report HES data to support decision-making and identify trends.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance the company's HES performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Health, Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HES support, preferably in the Oil & Gas or EPC sector.
• Strong understanding of HES regulations and standards, such as OSHA, ISO 14001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, safety management software.
• Preferred Qualifications.
• Certification in HES management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA 500).
• Applicants possessing experience in offshore or onshore environments will be given preferential consideration.
