The Senior Sales Engineer has a pivotal role responsible for driving sales growth in the High Voltage (HV) products and electrical solutions sector. With a minimum of 3 years of hands-on sales experience and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, the incumbent will play a crucial role in client engagement, sales strategy development, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, offering technical expertise on HV products and electrical solutions.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the sales team to formulate effective strategies, contributing to the development of sales plans and setting realistic targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of HV products, conduct product demonstrations, and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Sales Process Management: Lead the sales process from prospecting to closure, utilizing Sales Force.com to manage and track leads and opportunities.
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and gather feedback to improve products and services.
  • Sales Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, prepare regular reports on performance for management review.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, and ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Over 3 years of hands-on sales experience in HV or electrical products.
  • Proficient in HV products and electrical solutions, familiarity with Sales Force.com, and proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to analyze sales data for strategic decision-making, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good command of English (both verbal and written).
