Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage all aspects of contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
• Develop, monitor, and control project budgets to optimize financial performance.
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure favorable terms.
• Perform detailed cost analysis to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts and commercial operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, and financial management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address potential issues.
