Job Responsibilities:

• Motor development business for air conditioners (Confirmation of required specifications, motor design, planning, execution, evaluation results, review)
• Analyze design problems and consider counter measures.
• Creation of related 2D drawings, preparation of configuration tables and specifications
• Sharing the work of team members (Together with the Thai manager, review the work schedule and division of work, review within the group, etc.)
• Consideration of improving work efficiency, such as manualization and automation of routine work

Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
• Intermediate English level in Conversation and writing for Preparation of documents and e-mail.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and material is a must
• Team and communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Work experience related to motor design is preferable.
• Knowledge and experience in responding to development events and reviews
