Position: Head of Order Processing Control - Manufacturer
Location: Industrial Estate in Prawet area, Bangkok
Type of hiring: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and standardize all order processing operations, including BOM entry, open order management, invoicing, packing, shipping, and returns, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and data integrity.
- Supervise the precise entry and updating of BOM information to guarantee complete and correct product specifications before production commences.
- Proactively monitor and control order statuses across all departments to prevent delays, resolve issues swiftly, and ensure timely delivery.
- Guarantee the accurate and complete preparation of export documents, packing lists, and invoices, meeting both customer and legal requirements.
- Lead the repair and return process, coordinating with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and swift resolution.
- Train, coach, and supervise OPC staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and exceptional customer responsiveness.
- Act as the primary liaison between OPC and departments like Sales, Planning, QA, Production, and Logistics to ensure seamless and synchronized order flow.
- Identify systemic issues, propose effective solutions, and report monthly performance metrics related to accuracy, timeliness, and service quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Production/Manufacturing Engineering, Jewelry Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in order processing, ERP operations, or production documentation management within a manufacturing environment.
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Navision preferred).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, PivotTable, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, VBA, data cleanup, and automation.
- Familiarity with data import/export tools, automated entry systems, or machine-connected documentation software is a definite advantage.
- Proven experience in customer-sensitive or OEM coordination roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to accuracy, service quality, and responsiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively train and upskill team members on SOPs, data entry, and system tools.
- Exceptional coordination, follow-up, and inter-departmental communication skills.
- Fluent in Thai with effective English communication skills (especially for export document review and understanding customer standards).
