Sales Manager (LV Electrical Products)

 Job Description:

Our client is a leading Power and Automation Business as a Total Solution Provider Leading Company in Smart Grid and Green Businesses.

Position: Sales Manager 

Type of hiring: Permanent

Working hours: 5 Days/Week

Location: Bangkok/Near BTS

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the market presence of company products.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to leverage in sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses for senior management.

Partner Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with sales partners to create and execute strategies that achieve or surpass sales targets for LV products.
  • Provide comprehensive technical and sales support to partners, equipping them with essential tools and knowledge for effective promotion of LV products.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics, offering guidance and assistance to optimize results.

Product Promotion:

  • Actively promote company products to consultants and EPCs, emphasizing the benefits and unique features of our solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the consulting and EPC sectors.
  • Conduct engaging presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to inform stakeholders about company products.
  • Analyze technical data and customers need to recommend appropriate LV products.
  • Develop and deliver tailored technical proposals and support documentation.

Troubleshooting and Support:

  • Conduct on-site inspections to gather data and evaluate customer requirements for LV product installations.
  • Prepare detailed site reports and provide strategic recommendations for optimal installation solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to LV products during and post-installation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Offer technical guidance to customers and internal teams for effective problem resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Master/Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Over 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the electrical or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of LV products and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Experience working with partners and channel sales models.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required for site inspections and industry events.
  • Good command of English.
