We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. In this exciting role, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with business leaders across all departments to understand and support their strategic objectives.
• Provide proactive and insightful legal advice to ensure the company's interests are protected and advanced.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including service agreements, supply contracts, government contracts, sales agreements, and joint venture agreements.
• Ensure all agreements are in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Advise on all aspects of Thai law, including employment law, data privacy, and environmental regulations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
• Conduct legal research and provide guidance on new laws and regulations.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes effectively and efficiently.
• Advise on and implement strategies for minimizing legal risks and mitigating potential liabilities.
• Advise on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Promote a strong culture of compliance within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Law or higher with at least 8 years of qualification experience and a valid Thai Bar license.
• Experience in a multinational company or international law firm is preferred, along with experience in the oil & gas industry or retail sector.
• Proven expertise in contract drafting, review, and negotiation, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Thai law, including corporate, commercial, and employment law, with experience in litigation, energy transition, and managing significant transactions being a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English, strong ethical standards, and a proactive and adaptable approach with a strong desire for continuous learning are essential.
