Working hours: Mon Fri (7.30 17.00) and Sat (7.30 12.00)

We are searching for a reliable HSE Manager - Operations to join our client's capable team. Our client is a construction company specializing in the oil and gas industry that is leading provider of Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning services including Module assembly, Steel fabrication and Construction business.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the HSE Team Lead and HSE Coordinators.
• Provide HSE support to the project management team and construction team.
• Participate in planned Project, Construction and HSE meetings.
• Participate in HES Walk and Talk to conduct HSE discussions with staffs and subcontractors.
• Ensure that site HSE rules and regulations are taken and followed seriously at workplace to ensure a safe working environment both Onshore and Offshore.
• Participate in incident investigations and review reports before formal submission to the client.
• Ensure the incident corrective actions are completed/closed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or certificate in safety/ HSE.
• Certified safety/HES professional level.
• Having minimum 5 years in a leadership/management role and having minimum 8 years working experience in Construction and/or Oil & Gas business will be advantage.
• Has HSE / IIF (Incident Injury Free) in mind
• Has Interpersonal skill, Problem Solving skill and is able to work under pressure.
• Has good communication skills in both Thai and English.
