Location: Chatuchak, Bangkok

Job Purpose: The Maintenance Supervisor is the designated of assisting in the administration of Star IPS and providing support/oversight of rig maintenance activities.

Key Responsibility (On going duties and tasks):

• Conduct STAR IPS Training for Rig Crew and Office personnel.
• Administrate and assist with close out of Client/Auditor deficiency list items.
• Provide the necessary support to Rig auditors.
• Preparing the monthly Downtime report
• Creating/updating equipment cards for TMOC and Supply Chain Management Department
• Process Planned Maintenance Change requests.
• Create/Update forms and reports as required.
• Conduct on board maintenance/technical audits as required.
• Assist with the planning and execution of rig 5 yearly recertification/major equipment maintenance.
• Assist with the coordination of 3rd Party equipment repair/maintenance activities.
• Assist Tech Support team with management of Synergi actions.

Relevant Experience:

• 3 years as CMMS Administrator/support
• 4 years in a maintenance supervisory or hands on Electrical/Mechanical maintenance role

Required skills:

• Experienced Planned Maintenance System Administrator.
• Able to develop Planned Maintenance work scopes.
• Able to develop Maintenance training materials and conduct training.
• Familiar with one or more: Star IPS, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Microsoft Office software, SAP Plant Maintenance and Material Management.
• Familiar with Planning & Design Software Microsoft Project, AutoCAD.
