Position: Finance and Accounting Manager

Employment Type: Permanent

Working: 5 Days/Week (Monday-Friday) Time: 08.30 17.30 Hrs. (Flexible)

Location: Ladphrao, Bangkok

Starting Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Develop and manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow to support business growth.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports for decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filing, including corporate tax, VAT, and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage internal controls, audits, and risk management to safeguard company assets.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting management role.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in financial and accounting software (similar ERP systems).
• Solid understanding of Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and IFRS.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Have a CPA/CFA/CPD or other relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Good command of English.
