Job Overview: We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record of success in business development within the insurance industry.
• Valid and current Brokers License for Non-Life and/or Life. 
• Strong understanding of insurance products and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of English and Thai.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to travel up the country.
