Our client is a global company that provides services in subsea operations in the oil and gas industry.

Job Responsibility:

• Review all technical project documents upon contract approval and identify any differences or discrepancies between pre-contract and post-contract documents, as well as deficiencies in tender method statements.
• Develop a plan and allocate resources for the project to ensure that engineering deliverables are completed according to the agreed-upon schedule.
• Monitor the progress of the project section to prevent major issues or delays from occurring during the project.
• Take the lead in creating installation documentation, procurement, and fabrication materials (such as scopes of work, procedures, drawings, sketches, etc.).
• Ensure the accuracy of procurement, fabrication, and installation documentation, making sure they comply with the contract requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments within the project team to ensure smooth operations.
• Offer support on engineering-related matters to the Project/Procurement Subcontracting Department, ensuring that competent suppliers or service providers are chosen for the job.
• Review engineering-related information to ensure that comprehensive and accurate data is included in bidding proposals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations regarding offshore construction techniques and methods during third-party reviews and Risk Assessments.
• Provide guidance and technical advice to team members to minimize errors in engineering deliverables.
• Act as the main point of contact for resolving technical queries and issues that arise during offshore/onshore construction and inspection activities, including coordination with onshore support when necessary.
• Manage the offshore/onshore construction schedule, including communication with OCM (Offshore Construction Manager), OCS (Onshore Construction Supervisor), Barge Superintendent, and the Client.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in mechanical, Civil, Structural Engineer or related field
• 0 - 7 years experience in Engineering, Offshore
• Experience in Oil & Gas business will be an advantage.
