Position: Marketing Specialist

Type of Hiring: Permanent

Working: 5 Days/Week

Location: Khlong Luang, Pathumthani

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Create comprehensive social media plans to increase brand visibility and drive traffic. Define social media goals aligned with broader marketing objectives.
  • Content Creation and Scheduling: Design and produce engaging content (images, videos, text) tailored for different platforms. Use social media management tools to schedule posts and manage content calendars.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies based on performance data. Provide regular reports on social media performance and ROI.
  • Develop Marketing Materials: Create compelling marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
  • Marketing and Communication Strategy: Formulate marketing strategies including budget planning and timeline management.
  • Brand Awareness: Implement campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand presence and recognition in the local market.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential partners and suppliers to boost product visibility and adoption.
  • Collaborate for Product Promotion: Work closely with partners to execute co-branded marketing efforts and joint promotions.
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams: Maintain effective communication with relevant teams to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Update on Marketing Initiatives: Keep internal stakeholders informed about ongoing and upcoming marketing activities.
  • Market Research and Trend Analysis: Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the optical market. Assess potential areas for business growth and adapt strategies to leverage new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, business development, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms, with a deep understanding of social media marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Canva and VDO editing skills are a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong English language skills, both written and spoken, with a commercial mindset and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
