Key Responsibilities:
- Market Strategy & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research, analyze competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities within the assigned region. Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to maximize market penetration and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Business Development & Sales:
- Actively engage with potential clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships to foster trust and repeat business.
- Lead sales negotiations, present compelling value propositions, and successfully close deals that align with both customer needs and company objectives.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
- Technical Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of our wind energy products and services, including their technical specifications, benefits, and return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate effectively with internal technical teams to customize solutions that perfectly address customer requirements.
- Sales Performance & Reporting:
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks associated with sales projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 5-7+ years of proven success in sales, business development, or project management within the renewable energy sector, with a strong preference for experience in the wind energy industry.
- In-depth knowledge of wind energy systems, technologies, market trends, and industry best practices.
- A consistent track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in previous roles.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Additional Skills:
- Experience utilizing CRM software and sales forecasting tools.
- Familiarity with regional renewable energy policies, incentives, and regulations.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (essential).
