Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Strategy & Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth market research, analyze competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities within the assigned region. Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to maximize market penetration and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Business Development & Sales:
    • Actively engage with potential clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships to foster trust and repeat business.
    • Lead sales negotiations, present compelling value propositions, and successfully close deals that align with both customer needs and company objectives.
    • Prepare and deliver high-quality sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Develop a deep understanding of our wind energy products and services, including their technical specifications, benefits, and return on investment (ROI).
    • Collaborate effectively with internal technical teams to customize solutions that perfectly address customer requirements.
  • Sales Performance & Reporting:
    • Consistently meet or exceed established sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks associated with sales projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of proven success in sales, business development, or project management within the renewable energy sector, with a strong preference for experience in the wind energy industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of wind energy systems, technologies, market trends, and industry best practices.
  • A consistent track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in previous roles.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience utilizing CRM software and sales forecasting tools.
  • Familiarity with regional renewable energy policies, incentives, and regulations.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (essential).
