Job Description

• Responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, aiming for profitable growth and increased sales productivity.
• Involves implementing agreed-upon delivery and performance standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Driving the execution of the sales strategy is a key aspect, requiring consistent implementation of corresponding plans within the sales organization through effective collaboration with other business units. Building enduring customer relationships is crucial, with a focus on client growth and satisfaction.
• Leverage customer feedback to continually enhance processes and practices.
• Responsibilities include suggesting new products to expand the portfolio in alignment with global directions. Implementing productized offerings and materials for marketing purposes will be part of your efforts to contribute to the company's growth.
• Collaboration with other sales team members is essential to collectively achieve business targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineer.
• 2 years of experience in HV equipment business, preferably in product sales and solutions.
• Hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning, and repairing HV equipment.
• Enable the organization and people to pursue and exceed targets.
• Current Drivers license valid in Thailand.
• Has a strong communication skills with proficient in English.
