Location: Khlong Luang, Pathumthani
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Create comprehensive social media plans to increase brand visibility and drive traffic. Define social media goals aligned with broader marketing objectives.
- Content Creation and Scheduling: Design and produce engaging content (images, videos, text) tailored for different platforms. Use social media management tools to schedule posts and manage content calendars.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies based on performance data. Provide regular reports on social media performance and ROI.
- Develop Marketing Materials: Create compelling marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Marketing and Communication Strategy: Formulate marketing strategies including budget planning and timeline management.
- Brand Awareness: Implement campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand presence and recognition in the local market.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential partners and suppliers to boost product visibility and adoption.
- Collaborate for Product Promotion: Work closely with partners to execute co-branded marketing efforts and joint promotions.
- Coordinate with Internal Teams: Maintain effective communication with relevant teams to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
- Update on Marketing Initiatives: Keep internal stakeholders informed about ongoing and upcoming marketing activities.
- Market Research and Trend Analysis: Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the optical market. Assess potential areas for business growth and adapt strategies to leverage new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Masters degree or additional certifications in digital marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the optical or healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience in managing social media accounts and content creation.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong skills in creating visually appealing and engaging content.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating marketing materials and interacting with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in managing budgets, timelines, and multiple projects.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing practices.
- Knowledge of marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Innovative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for marketing and social media.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in market trends and technology.
- Keen eye for detail in content creation and campaign execution.
- Good command of English.
