Position: Sales Executive

Location: Chonburi

Type of hiring: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue and close new business opportunities, while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and successful deal closure.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including proactive after-sales support to foster long-term client loyalty.
  • Maintain consistent and effective communication with assigned clients to understand their evolving needs and expectations.
  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain the company's reputation.
  • Accurately track and report on sales performance, including key metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring they align with company policies and client requirements.
  • Occasional travel to upcountry locations may be required.

Qualification:

  • High School Diploma/GED, Diploma in a relevant field, or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven success in a sales role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and market research methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and proactive with a strong work ethic and a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A strong team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
