Senior Manager, E-Commerce

 Job Description:

Location: Bangkok (Rama 9)

Type of Hiring: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive online sales growth across all channels, including the brands .com website (long-term priority and primary sales channel).
  • Develop and implement strategies to convert marketplace customers into .com customers, ensuring sustainable long-term growth.
  • Optimise digital and performance marketing strategies to enhance traffic, conversion, and ROI.
  • Oversee and manage the e-commerce P&L to ensure profitability and long-term sustainability.
  • Lead, develop, and scale the e-commerce team, managing four key sub-departments; Digital Marketing, Merchandise & Sales Strategy, E-Commerce Operations, and Customer Service.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in any related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Fashion Retail, Consumer Brands, or E-Commerce industry.
  • Proven sales leadership with a strong track record of driving e-commerce revenue.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including performance marketing, conversion optimisation, and ad spending efficiency.
  • Strong background in assortment and merchandising strategy, particularly in planning the product mix for each online channel.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce operations, including logistics, fulfilment, and customer experience.
  • Familiarity with tech and platform solutions.
  • Leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on scaling teams and driving sustainable growth.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with strong sales leadership and digital marketing expertise, rather than those with a purely operational focus.
