Spearhead our growth strategy in the competitive Thai mass apparel retail market. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, optimizing multi-channel sales, and expanding our retail footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and expansion strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Lead the strategic expansion, downsizing, and relocation of our store network, ensuring optimal placement and profitability.
  • Drive performance across shopping malls, department stores, hypermarkets, outlets, pop-up events, and potential e-commerce channels.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with mall operators, landlords, and key retail partners, negotiating favorable lease agreements.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Analyze sales data, optimize pricing, and manage inventory to maximize profitability and ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or retail operations within the fashion or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and expansion strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
