Job Description:

• Operational Oversight: Monitoring and controlling the wastewater treatment process to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards and client specifications.
• Technical Expertise: Possessing an in-depth knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, equipment, and instrumentation to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
• Team Leadership: Supervising and motivating the operations team, delegating tasks, and providing training and guidance.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing wastewater quality data, generating reports, and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Safety and Environmental Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and environmental regulations, and promoting a safe working environment.
• Maintenance and Upkeep: Support the maintenance team in preventive maintenance activities and ensure proper equipment upkeep.
• Client Relations: Interacting with clients, providing technical support, and addressing client concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of three to five years of experience in wastewater treatment operations
• Demonstrated knowledge of SCADA systems, wastewater treatment processes, instrumentation, and troubleshooting techniques
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, coupled with excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
• Commitment to adhering to stringent safety protocols and environmental regulations
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to address operational needs
• Ability to travel to the plant site outside of regular working hours for emergency or maintenance purposes
