Vinarco is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing engineering projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, including project scope, objectives, deliverables, timeline, and budget.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to address them.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project reports and presentations to management.
• Ensure that all project deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project engineering or related field.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
