Location: Eastern Seaboard, Rayong

Responsibilities:

• Lead supplier activities, including audits, both planned and unplanned site assessments, and development improvement activities to enhance supplier capability and capacity, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Oversee new product launches and other projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery by verifying and approving supplier APQP, OTS, Acceptance criteria, and PPAP documentation.
• Ensure suppliers deliver the highest quality components within the required timeframe.
• Monitor and communicate quality issues of purchased parts to the team and/or suppliers.
• Supervise the cross-functional team on technical and supplier process knowledge.
• Investigate quality issues in production related to purchased parts and report Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) for both domestic and international suppliers.
• Monitor supplier processes using process documentation, such as Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, etc.
• Participate in the development of quality-related documentation, systems, or training.
• Coordinate process capability studies internally and with suppliers.
• Coordinate customer, internal, and supplier corrective and preventive actions.
• Report health, safety, and environmental accidents/incidents immediately to the supervisor of the affected area.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping standards.
• Comply with and support IATF16949, ISO14001, and CSR requirements.
• Adhere to applicable SHE legal and other requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or a related engineering field.
• 3-5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, preferably in a tier I environment.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Solid knowledge of IATF16949 and proven quality experience, as well as ISO14001.
• Proficiency in Thai with a good command of written, spoken, and presentation skills in English.
