Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, distributors, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry influencers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations, product knowledge, and market trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the lubricants industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving growth.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
