Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships within a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Actively prospect for new business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop effective sales strategies to exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service, effective communication, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Territory Management: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the assigned territory, including market trends and competitive landscape, to optimize sales efforts.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities, assess customer trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the lubricants industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Thai and English.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
