Retail Business Consultant
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing comprehensive and robust account plans for all retail sites within the assigned areas.
- Monitor and achieve sales and operational targets for the designated territory through monthly reviews and agreed action plans with retailers to ensure net operating income targets are met.
- Evaluate and analyse local competitive market trends, providing insights to management and the relevant support team.
- Collaborate with the customer support group to manage the operations of retail facilities within the assigned areas.
- Work with relevant internal teams to deliver superior services and manage company assets.
- Ensure on-site execution meets company standards and achieves all financial and operational objectives.
- Implement and monitor company safety standards, programmes, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to identifying and developing new business opportunities within the sales areas to strengthen the network. Provide consulting, coaching, and motivation to retailers while addressing any challenges they may face.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A masters degree in business administration is preferred.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the retail fuel industry.
- Strong selling, negotiation, problem-solving, and planning abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English (TOEIC score of 700 or higher).
- Knowledge of P&L management and strong financial acumen.
- Skilled in customer relationship management and networking.
- Results-driven and focused on achieving targets.
- Flexible and willing to work and travel upcountry for more than 15 days per month.
- Must hold a valid driving licence and own a car.
