Our client is a provider of Grid Automation and Communication Equipment and Solutions.
Position: Service Sales Specialist (Grid Automation and Communication)
Employment Type: Permanent
Working: Monday - Friday 
Location: Bangkok
Starting Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
  • Drive service sales growth by promoting upgrades, retrofits, and value-added solutions for our Grid Automation systems and install base.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by leveraging market insights and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
  • Manage the entire service portfolio sales process from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiations and closure.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to showcase our solutions and capabilities.
  • Ensure all solutions provided are technically sound, cost-effective, and meet safety and reliability standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the Grid Automation or Energy sector.
  • Solid understanding of Grid Automation systems and service portfolios.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and within a team environment.
  • Fluent in both English and Thai, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
