Position: Sales Manager - High Voltage Products

Our Sales Unit for High Voltage (HV) products is experiencing rapid growth. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales organization for HV products in Thailand. Reporting directly to the Market Manager and Hub, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the sales strategy to effectively serve key customers, including electrical utilities (EGAT, PEA, MEA), EPCs, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Lead the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring profitable growth and maximizing sales productivity. Implement and monitor performance standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding agreed-upon delivery targets.
- Strategy Implementation: Effectively implement the sales strategy across the sales organization. Collaborate with other business units to ensure consistent execution of plans.
- Performance Management: Set and track progress towards key performance indicators (KPIs), including financial targets, productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Leverage customer feedback to continuously improve processes and practices.
- Product Launch & Expansion: Introduce new products to expand the portfolio in alignment with global strategic directions.
- Market Penetration: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, including creating compelling product offerings and marketing materials, to increase market penetration.
- Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement within the sales process. Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across the region.
- Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and develop the skills and competencies of the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 8-10 years of experience in the HV equipment industry, with a strong preference for experience in both product sales and solution-based sales.
- Proven entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to exceed targets.
- In-depth knowledge of and practical experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning, and repairing HV equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong English proficiency.
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
- Valid Thai driver's license.
