Our client, a recognized leader in designing and implementing advanced technical solutions for the Cement, Quarry, and Construction industries, is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Engineer and Sales Supervisor to join their growing team. 

Position: 

• Sales Supervisor - 1 Position
• Sales Engineer 3 Positions

Type of hiring: Permanent

Working: 5 Days/Week (Monday-Friday)

Location: Bangkok (Near BTS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales efforts across all technical product lines, including machines, spare parts, and equipment.

• Close sales and report revenue by product line.

• Record and submit detailed sales reports and order information to the Assistant Sales Manager.

• Visit and prospect new and existing customers across relevant markets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and drive consistent business growth.

• Understand technical customer needs and translate them into actionable sales plans.

Requirements:

• 3 years of proven experience in sales of machinery, spare parts, or technical equipment.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields preferred).

• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to understand complex products and solutions.

• Solid track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
