Our client the specializes in designing and installing structures for the oil and gas industry, particularly for offshore drilling platforms.

Position: Offshore Brownfield Team Lead and CSR (Contractor Site Representative)

Salary: Negotiation.

Employment Status: 6 Months contract.

Working Hour: Mon Fri 8.00 18.00 Hrs.

Office Location: SCB Park Plaza, Ratchayothin, BKK And Leamchabang, Chonburi.

Responsibilities

• Companys Offshore Brownfield team lead and designated Contractor Site Representative (CSR) offshore onboard the installation, construction vessel or offshore facilities.
• Generate, review and approve related procedures for offshore brownfield modification
• To supervise subcontractor offshore and ensure Companys interests in terms of safety, quality, productivity and Companys client satisfaction.
• To co-ordinate between the Installation Subcontractors Superintendent and the Company Representative (Companys client).
• To communicate with Head office Bangkok Team and Chonburi Fabrication yard with respect to technical, schedule and quality issues.
• When onshore in Head office Bangkok office required to assist with planning, procedural development, lessons learnt, and other continuous improvement
• To assist with load-out and coordination in LCB as required.
• Offshore Installation Vessels Operation
• Planning and Scheduling
• Oversee vessel sourcing and provide technical clarification for charter to Sub Contract Admin or Commercial department for committee approval and contracts execution
• Provide technical expertise and advise for Offshore Installation
• Offshore and Onshore Interface

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in offshore installation and construction vessels/facilities.
• Previous operational roles such as Superintendent, OCM, or Company Representative.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Competent in using computer systems and standard project tools.
• Safety supervisor training certification.
• Calm, safety-focused, and well-organized.
• Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Strong decision-making capability and technical acumen.
• Flexible and effective in client and contractor communication.
