General Information:

Develop and implement effective product marketing strategies tailored to the designated area, ensuring alignment with the company's global product objectives. Oversee all marketing activities and provide unwavering support to the sales team in promoting and selling the company's products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a localized product marketing strategy, carefully defining and communicating product value propositions and positioning in alignment with the global strategy.
  • Establish clear product marketing targets and budgets, diligently monitor progress, and proactively implement improvement plans as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with relevant business units to develop and execute annual marketing plans and prepare focused business development plans for specific markets.
  • Coordinate market research with the product marketing and sales teams, conduct thorough market analysis, and share valuable insights with stakeholders.
  • Oversee sales execution by providing necessary materials and guidance to the sales team, empowering them to succeed.
  • Enhance sales efficiency by ensuring salespeople possess the required product knowledge (technical and sales), fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in a sales and marketing role, ideally within the engineering sector. Previous experience working with transformers and power quality solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong track record of preparing quotations that align with costing, pricing, and operational capabilities. Collaborative skills in working with engineering and supply chain teams are essential.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering exceptional customer service within a sales environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and MS Office is required.
  • Understanding of key sales performance metrics is essential for effective analysis and improvement.
  • Strong business sense with a problem-solving approach and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Local candidate will be primarily considered.
