Responsibilities:
- Create, plan, and execute sales strategies and business development initiatives in alignment with the global sales strategy. Provide input to Business Units, Product Groups, and Hub BU strategy to achieve sales performance targets, including budgets, sales, and project execution efficiency.
- Set and oversee sales targets, regularly implementing improvement plans as needed. Identify opportunities with existing and potential new customers, determine acquisition plans, allocate resources, and coordinate the flow of information for sales activities, ensuring goal achievement through data evaluation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers, ensuring efficient marketing communications. Participate in key contract negotiations, align agreements with supply factories, and maintain positive cash flow through effective contract negotiation and execution.
- Monitor clients' financial status and report any changes regarding risk to internal partner teams. Manage potential risks related to contract agreements across customers/channels and ensure on-time cash collection as per contract terms.
- Take ownership of sales processes, ensuring integrity and trade compliance in all sales activities. Coach, motivate, and develop the sales and project management teams within HR policies, promoting know-how sharing and cross-collaboration. Embody the company's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions while caring for colleagues and customers.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred.
- Over 10 years of industrial sales experience. Management experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of value-based selling, project management techniques, processes, and tools.
- A high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and desire to learn about new technologies.
- Strong leadership behaviour.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
