Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Engineer to support technical proposals, tenders, quotations, and customer projects related to Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) electrical products and systems. The successful candidate will provide technical consultation, coordinate with internal teams and HQ, and support customers throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-sales to after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Tender Support

• Review and manage TOR (Terms of Reference), tender documents, offer sheets, technical specifications, and other related technical documents.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Quotation & Proposal Support:

• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial quotations based on customer requirements.
• Verify product specifications, pricing, and technical details before submission.
• Support tender and bidding activities as required.

Technical Customer Support:

• Provide technical consultation and respond to customer inquiries.
• Explain product features, specifications, applications, and technical requirements.
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers when required.

After-Sales Service Support:

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving after product delivery and installation.
• Coordinate and follow up on after-sales service activities throughout Thailand.
• Assist customers in resolving technical issues effectively and efficiently.

Internal Coordination:

• Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Service teams, and Headquarters (HQ).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, technical standards, and industry developments.
• Support project execution and ensure smooth communication among stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in technical engineering, electrical products, switchgear, LV/MV systems, or a related industry.
• Knowledge of LV/MV electrical equipment, switchgear systems, or power distribution systems is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able and willing to travel domestically and overseas for business trips.
