Position: B2C Channel Marketing Specialist

Work based Location: Jatuchak, Bangkok

Report to: Head of Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive nationwide B2C channel growth by planning and executing retail marketing strategies, partnerships, and campaigns that increase traffic, sales, and customer retention.
  • Drive end-to-end B2C promotion strategy and execution to grow sales volume through optimized, data‑driven, and ROI‑efficient nationwide campaigns.
  • Strengthen retail and partner performance by driving consistent brand execution, optimizing in-store activation, and ensuring seamless nationwide delivery of promotional programs.
  • Drive seamless cross‑functional alignment by coordinating budgets, resources, and external partners to ensure integrated, high‑quality execution of initiatives and national events.
  • Deliver accurate performance tracking and data‑driven insights to optimize campaigns, ensure financial governance, and support strategic decision‑making.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, or B2C activation — ideally in energy, oil & gas, FMCG, or automotive sectors.
  • Strong experience managing retail networks, dealer relationships, and consumer programs.
  • Analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and customer data.
  • Proficiency of communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
