Position: Electrical Planning Engineer

Salary: 35,000 – 70,000 THB

Work based Location: Rayong Office and Eastern Seaboard Project

Job Responsibilities

• Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain the Master Schedule, typically using software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, to define the sequence of E&I activities - ranging from design and procurement to on-site installation.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track actual work progress against the planned baseline, analyze deviations, and prepare weekly/monthly reports. This includes generating S-Curves to visualize project status for management and clients.
• Resource Allocation: Plan and manage manpower, machinery, and equipment to ensure sufficiency and suitability for site requirements, preventing any operational disruptions.
• Critical Path Analysis: Identify high-priority tasks critical to the project completion date and propose mitigation strategies or contingency plans in the event of delays.
• Coordination: Liaise with Site Engineers, QA/QC teams, and the Procurement department to ensure that all materials, equipment, and testing procedures align with the installation schedule.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor in Engineering or related field

Experience

• At least 5 – 8 years of experience in planning to the construction, oil & Gas field
