Our client is a real estate and property development company based in Pattaya, Chonburi.
Position: Sales Coordinator – English Skills (Real Estate / Property Development)
Type of Hiring: Permanent
Working: 5 Days/Week l Monday - Friday
Location: Pattaya, Chonburi
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team and coordinate with real estate / property agencies. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a service‑minded approach, and experience in the property industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with real estate agents, property agencies, and external sales partners to support sales activities.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team (documents, contracts, data updates, schedules).
- Prepare sales reports, customer information, price lists, and related sales documents.
- Handle customer inquiries and support site visits, property viewings, and sales events.
- Update property listings, sales collateral, and promotional materials as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure smooth communication between internal teams (Marketing, Legal, Documentation).
- Assist in follow‑up with potential clients to support the closing process.
- Coordinate logistics related to property handover or customer appointments when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate, Property Development, or in a Sales Coordinator / Sales Support role.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with external partners and agencies.
- High attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Service‑minded, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Able to work in Pattaya, Chonburi.
