Position: Senior Accounting Manager (IPO Process)

Report to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand

Starting Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the accounting operations for a food manufacturing business, ensuring compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and relevant food industry regulations.
• Manage a team of 12 accounting professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous development.
• Direct the full IPO process, including coordination with SEC, external auditors, legal counsel, and investor relations, with a focus on manufacturing-specific financial disclosures.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including cost accounting, inventory valuation, and production-related financial analysis.
• Collaborate closely with production, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to align financial strategies with operational goals.
• Maintain strong internal controls and implement financial systems that support scalability and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with international stakeholders, including overseas investors and fund managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the food manufacturing sector or related.
• Experience in listed companies (SET/mai) or Big 4 Audit firms with IPO and Manufacturing exposure is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end IPO processes, including direct involvement with SEC filings and audit coordination.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and financial operations in a manufacturing environment, especially food production.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills for working with international investors and partners.
