Our client is a real estate and property development company based in Pattaya, Chonburi.

Position: Project Engineer (Real Estate / Property Development)

Type of Hiring: Permanent

Working: 5 Days/Week l Monday - Friday

Location: Pattaya, Chonburi

Start Date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction activities to ensure full compliance with plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Inspect and verify the quality of materials and workmanship from contractors to meet professional standards.
• Plan, monitor, and track project progress to prevent delays and ensure timely completion.
• Oversee site safety, hygiene, and environmental requirements to minimize risks and hazards.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, issue logs, and on-site problem summaries to management or project owners.
• Coordinate among various parties including clients, architects, and contractors, while resolving on-site issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in real estate construction or supervision of both low-rise/high-rise projects, with at least 5 projects, each not less than 500 units.
• Experience in preparing and presenting related reports to management.
• Strong communication skills for clear coordination with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
• Problem-solving abilities to handle on-site challenges and unexpected issues effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
• Possession of a professional license or certification in construction or engineering.
