Scheduler - MS Project

Our client is a professional construction and project management company

Position: Scheduler

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using MS Project.
  • Track progress against the baseline schedule and report deviations to the project team.
  • Analyze schedule performance and identify potential delays or risks.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather schedule inputs and ensure alignment.
  • Lead or participate in planning and coordination meetings to support project execution.
  • Prepare and present schedule reports, including critical path analysis and recovery plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 1-5 years of experience in scheduling or project planning, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
