About the job Housekeeping Attendant
Job Summary
Responsible in ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, orderliness and adequate supply of assigned guest rooms, work areas and equipment. Promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest and friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Enters and prepares the room for cleaning; Perform rotation cleaning duties as required.
- Cleans and make-up stay over rooms according to the luxury standards.
- Cleans bathroom, bed room, closet and floor corridor.
- Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.
- Deliver and retrieve items from guest to be ironed, steamed or send to laundry on request.
- Installs roll away beds, cribs and other extra items required by the guest.
- Cleans, keep and maintains boardwalk tidy and well-kept at all times.
- Ensure security of luxury units and privacy of guests.
- Assist guest upon check-in and check-out.
- Responsible for replenishment of guest complimentary water.
- Responsible for the Hotel property in the work area.
- Attends to guest calls, guest requests, guest complaints in the area assigned to him.
- Contributes to the facilitys high standard for guest services, overall responsibilities which entails of cleaning and maintaining guest rooms. This includes cleaning all areas by sanitizing, dusting, vacuuming and replenishing guest room supplies such as restroom, food and beverages offered by the facility it may require.
- Additional responsibilities may include cleaning and sanitizing to other common areas of the facility.
