About the job Front Office Manager
Job Summary:
The Front Office Manager fully handles the front office and is responsible in the success of the team. Ensures guests satisfaction and product quality standards are met and is tasked for managing all areas of the hotel according to Villa Caemillas standard to achieve a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality. As a Front office manager, you should display an exemplary performance and serves a role model to the team. Deals efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree holder, completed any course under Business Management such as Bachelor of Tourism or any related degree fit for the assigned job description.
2. Experienced using Cloudbeds Hotel PMS is a plus.
3. With at least 5 year/s of experience as Front Office Manager.
4. Holder of training certificates and/or license related to the job description is an advantage.
Skills:
Communication Skills - can effectively communicate in Tagalog and English both in written and orally. Additional foreign language is a plus.
2. Customer Service Oriented - displays a positive attitude on the work floor, exhibiting professionalism and willingness to respond to guests needs.
3. Leadership Skills - capable of leading and motivating the team to achieve common goals.
4. Effective Planning - anticipates need, forecasts conditions, and establishes a course of action to ensure work completion.
5. Human Relations - plans and supports the development of each team member to carry out their responsibilities more effectively.
6. Organization and Delegation - organize tasks and delegates among team members to ensure efficiency. Interpersonal Skills - must be a team player and open to collaborating with the team.
7. Solution-Oriented - focuses on providing solutions to any situation that may arise in the operations daily.
8.Task and Time Management - knows how to prioritize tasks/jobs assigned
9. Computer Literacy - able to operate computers as the job completion requires as such Flexibility - adapts quickly to changes in daily operations
