About the job OPERATION MANAGER
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operation Manager to join our growing team. The Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pediatric services, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of care to our patients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the pediatric services
- Monitor and assess the performance of the clinic, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients
- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Oversee the maintenance of medical records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage the budget and expenses of the clinic, making strategic decisions to optimize resources and minimize costs
- Handle patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues to maintain patient satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing changes and improvements as necessary to enhance the quality of care provided by the clinic
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in a pediatric setting
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven track record of implementing operational improvements and achieving results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
